Restaurant Branding Project The owners of Media Luna, a Mexican Restaurant located in Sydney’s beach-side suburb of Clovelly wanted an eye-catching identity incorporating images from the popular Mexican game ‘La Loteria’. In response to the brief we proposed a vibrant colour palette, drawing on the original Mexican La Loteria hand-painted signs and a bespoke interior fit-out. La Loteria images were re-purposed into large painted timber frames and used as a graphic motif on the walls. Live Guide, BrisAsia The Live Guide, BrisAsia project was a collaboration between gifted illustrator Jessie Miles of In the Daylight and Kerry Turnbull. The Brisbane City Council (BCC) called for Expression of Interest for their Live Guide publication. The brief was to provide a front cover submission that reflected the BrisAsia Festival community events held in February 2015. Kerry and Jessie drew on Jessie’s illustrative techniques and Kerry’s art direction and design expertise. Branding, Siana Hill Gift & Décor For the iconic Sunshine Coast retail store Siana Hill, we wanted to create a distinctive upmarket brand that represented the stores showcase of fine art, home décor and textiles. The interior fit-out and branding used the concept of a grand plantation style home crossed with an intimate boutique, creating a mood of breezy luxury and style.
